THOUGHTS

Trustworthiness is a very important trait for yourself, in personal relationships, professional settings, and society as a whole. Sometimes it might be easier to trust others than ourselves. I trust my friend to show up for me if I struggle. I trust, because I have seen the person do so again and again. Consistency and reliability are indicators. However, it is key to show up for myself – to consistently do what I set out to do. And if that was not yet as successful in the past, do change that. Every day is a new day to learn to trust myself and to show up for myself.

You will notice that afterwards also the relations to others will improve. Spillover effects will get in action and transfer the positive effects on yourself also onto others.
