Identify your Values – List
Quite simple in its idea, the Big Value List is an exercise, where you confront yourself with a multitude of values. Based on your intuition, choose the values which resonate the most with you. Are there some which you do not agree with? Also mark your anti-values
Have a think about:
– Which values are important for me as a person?
– Which values are important for my relationships?
– Which values are important for my professional life?

The Context
Your values shape your beliefs. Your beliefs shape your thoughts and attitudes. Your thoughts shape your actions and words. And your actions shape again your values. If you notice any of these levels being off, it can be comforting to know that you can influence all parts to come back to a place, where your actions and words actually align with your values and beliefs.
Ask yourself:
– What do you need to let go?
– What do you need to elevate?
– What do you need to create?

Giving Shape
Whilst introspection can teach us a lot about who we are, it is just as important to know who we want to be in the future. Take a moment to think about a person you really admire. What is it that you like about this person? What does that person do well?
Also reflect upon wider society: What personality traits would you like to see more of in society? What traits are needed for society to work well?
Draw your reflections into a person you would like to be. How would you want to feel in the future? How would you like to interact with others? What impact would you like to have? What personality traits would you like to have?
Put these reflections together as an aspirational picture of your future self and think about how you can start today by small changes. Continuous small steps in the right direction will be all you need.
